Property Has Been Stolen by Paula Christine Sullivan and Respondents

Cooley, Jason Marinaro and Adam James Fox (Hereinafter “Respondents”).
Reign of the heavens society Temple (Hereinafter “TEMPLE”) has had personal property stolen by “Respondents” in the form of private member lists, personal records and religious testimonies. “Respondents” were never given permission to take “TEMPLE” records or to share “TEMPLE” records outside of “TEMPLE”. Further, “Respondents” used the stolen records to commit hate crimes, discriminate against and harass “TEMPLE” members in the form of a public video.
“Respondents” have a published recording of over 150 minutes of hate crimes using stolen property against the unknowing victims of “TEMPLE”. The definition of a hate crime is as follows:
• Any of various crimes (such as assault or defacement of property) when motivated by hostility to the victim as a member of a group (such as one based on color, creed, gender, or sexual orientation)
• A crime that violates the victim's civil rights and that is motivated by hostility to the victim's race, religion, creed, national origin, sexual orientation, or gender.
According to the definition of a hate crime, “Respondents” have committed multiple hate crimes by violating “TEMPLE” privacy of the members with hostility and intent to bring violence against the members.
Throughout the recorded evidence of hate crimes being committed, “Respondents” used “TEMPLE” members testimonies as weapons by twisting the meaning and interpretation of testimonies being shared in order to fit “Respondents” narrative of labeling “TEMPLE” as a cult. It is very clear by the constant “I have no idea” statements coming from the “Respondents” that not one of the “Respondents” have any idea what any of “TEMPLE” members are sharing. “TEMPLE” members have NOT given interpretation rights nor power of attorney over to “Respondents”.
“Respondents” used the stolen records to urge and manipulate the public at large to commit violence against the members of “TEMPLE”. It is becoming more evident that “Respondents” are using “TEMPLE” as a target to recruit members into “Respondents” own agenda against believers in Jesus/Yahushua/Yeshua.
Not one of the “TEMPLE” members have given “Respondents” permission to record “TEMPLE” testimonies or to publicly and/or privately share “TEMPLE” testimonies.
